| All orders requested will only be confirmed by a return call from Petal Portal |
| Payment can be made by credit card or cheque to be crossed and made payable to Petal Portal Pte Ltd. Cash & cheque payments must be made at our shop prior to delivery. |
| Petal Portal reserves the right to hold orders until cheque is cleared. |
| Orders can be delivered within the same day or on the next day, subject to daily delivery schedules. |
| Delivery is free. However, a surcharge of $15 will be imposed for every redirection and second attempt delivery. Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays can be arranged but will incur a delivery surcharge of $20 |
| There will be a 50% cancellation charge if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made. A credit note, valid for the next 6 months, will instead be issued in lieu of the refund. |
| Petal Portal reserves the right to substitute flowers, materials &/or gift items of equivalent value in the event that the flowers, materials &/ or gift items featured is/ are unavailable at the time of ordering. |
